1. Acceptance
By using Tradepurple, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. What Tradepurple is
Tradepurple is a trading psychology tool for self-reflection and behavioral awareness. It is not a financial advisor, broker, signal service, trading bot, or investment platform. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details. Notify us immediately at support@tradepurple.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Behavioral analysis outputs
Behavioral analysis outputs in Tradepurple (pattern analysis, rule suggestions, check-in scores) are supportive and interpretive only. They are not a substitute for professional financial or psychological advice. You remain responsible for all trading decisions.
6. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your current billing period. By signing up you agree to immediate access and waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law; once the service is activated, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Goodwill refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not a contractual right. Full details, including the model withdrawal form and statutory exceptions, are in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Tradepurple and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by us. Your journal entries, check-ins, and playbook content remain yours. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your content solely to provide the service to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Tradepurple is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable. Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of liability
Tradepurple is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial outcomes resulting from use of the platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Tradepurple harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use or misuse of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases immediately. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Privacy
Your use of Tradepurple is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU regulations and consumer protection laws.
