Tradepurple ("we", "our", "us") is a trading psychology platform built to help retail traders improve discipline and self-awareness. We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about how we use it.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly: your email address at signup, check-in responses (readiness scores, notes), journal entries, intervention logs, and any content you save to your playbook. We also collect standard usage data (page views, session activity) to improve the product.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to provide and improve the Tradepurple service — including generating behavioral analysis of your journal entries and check-ins. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may also use your email address to send you weekly psychology reports, product updates, and occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from these at any time via the link in any email.
4. Data storage and retention
Your data is stored securely with row-level security, associated with your authenticated user account, and hosted in the EU. All data is encrypted in transit. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
5. Behavioral analysis processing
Your journal entries and check-in content are sent to a third-party provider to generate behavioral analysis. This content is not used to train external models. No other third parties have access to your data.
6. Your rights

We use essential session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
